Obviously I've written my email address as it sounds rather than as it's written in a (probably vain) attempt to avoid the cut and paste spammers who wish to send me crap about credit cards, herbal erection problem cures, teenage farm girls f****** their horses, offers to enlarge an organ I do not possess or anything else not about at least vaguely relevant music. There are no spaces in my email address, just so you know.

Do not under any circumstances spam my group with crap though. All spammers will be shot on sight (actually, their messages will be deleted, they will be removed from the group and banned from joining again).

Electric Metal aims to be a community for people united by common interests, so other people's input would be really cool otherwise it's just gonna be me ranting about stuff all the time. Of course probably no one wants to submit anything cos there's no incentives (i.e. money) on offer but you never know...
On the off chance that you would like to submit material to Electric Metal (new/underground artist profiles; song or CD reviews, articles about anything vaguely relevent, reviews of vaguely-industrial films, anything like that) or would like to suggest links for any of the featured artists or for websites of interest then please email me. Any material used will be fully credited to you (using your real name or an alias, whichever you prefer). Or maybe you'd even like to submit your music to me for review. Email me for details of that. Note: I am predominantly an industrial/noise fan. I don't like most alternative, rock, punk, metal, etc. I'll listen to anything you want to send me, but if you want a more balanced review of your music if you are an alt/rock/punk/metal/etc band then you're probably better off asking someone else to review it for you, someone who knows and cares more about those styles of music. I also am not a big fan of streaming audio because of an unreliable internet connection and annoying computer speakers which distort everything.
If you wish to post your own short stories, poetry etc, group members are welcome to add content to the writing & poetry corner folder in the Electric Metal Yahoo! Group (nothing sexually explicit please - I don't mind it really but I don't want my group deleted). Alternatively if anyone has any poetry, short stories or whatever they want to see on the site, mail those on over to me to and I'll make some kind of page for it on the site. I promise I will not steal anyone's ideas; you retain ownership/copyright of your material; anything added will have its creator's name emblazoned on it.
